New Journey

Okay so here's my story, I am 30 and have had 2 wonderful children. However age and childbearing has did a number on my body.  Winter is always the hardest on my body as well (I go into hibernation mode). So starting last October thru December something happened and before I knew it I had put on 26 lbs...I kind of lost track of me and just was eating uncontrollably and of course I slacked on any kind of exercise. I am so aggravated I let myself go. That's why I am starting this, I need to be more accountable for my actions and keep a diary to maybe keep me motivated. I have always loved fitness and being active, just the older I get, the more I get on my plate, it seems the less energy I seem to have. I have decided I will put all of my measurements up now and keep updating them as I progress. I have decided I am going to try and go primal...not just as a diet, but as a lifestyle change.
